Payment, Price List & FAQs

  • Prices quoted are fairly and realistically priced. They represent the hard work and time taken that is necessary to achieve the outstanding results we present you with at the end of the oven clean.
  • Prices will be confirmed after viewing your oven and before the clean commences (no costly extras on completion).

  • Prices are for the size of appliance, premium appliances eg AGA, Britannia, Smeg, Neff, Mercury, Falcon and Lacanche may vary.

  • Small fuel surcharge of £5 will apply for Newport, Cowes, East Cowes, Ventnor, Freshwater, Totland and Yarmouth postcodes.
  • Payment in the form of cash on completion of clean unless pre-arranged.

  • Minimum Charge £45. 24hrs notice is required to cancel an appointment otherwise a charge of £45 will be made.


Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take?

It usually takes between 1-4 hours to clean an oven, this depends on the size and type of oven and what condition it is in. But please be flexible; it may take longer, especially if your oven is more heavily soiled.

Do you clean the glass in the door?

Where possible, yes. I will remove the door and glass to give it a thorough cleanse but on some ovens this isn’t possible.

Are you insured?

Yes. I am fully trained and insured so your property and appliance is fully protected.

What services do Oven Love offer?

We clean all types of ovens, hobs, extractor hoods, ranges, AGAs, Microwaves, barbeques. We also clean commercial cookers/ranges in schools, restaurants, hotels and more. How soon can I use my oven after the clean?

Your oven will be safe to use straight away. I will turn all the appliances I have cleaned on to ensure they are left in a fully functional condition.

Will you need to use my sink?

We will need access to hot water, so please ensure sinks are clear or a kettle is avaialble if hot water is not.

Do you require parking?

Yes, I will need to park reasonably close to your property as I will need to visit my van at regular intervals.

Do you cover the floor?

Yes, We will put down a cover to ensure there is no mess.

How do I go about booking an oven clean?

You can phone or email me at any time to make a booking or appointment or simply because you have an enquiry of some sort. Depending on your requirements, we will arrange a time to clean your oven that suits you. We work Monday through to Friday excluding bank holidays, so whatever day you may require our services are at hand.

What other services do we offer?

Whilst cleaning ovens and extractor hoods we can replace light bulbs and filter paper at an additional cost. We can organise replacement door seals and parts too.
