We undertake no responsibility if specific desired results are not achieved due to pre-existing conditions of the appliances. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide clear and safe access to the premises and appliances to be cleaned. It is the customer's duty to ensure that all valuable and fragile items are removed from the vicinity to prevent accidental damage. Customers must notify Oven Love IOW of any pre-existing damage or hazard associated with the appliances or the areas surrounding them. Failure to provide accurate information or access may lead to rescheduling of services and additional fees. Clients agree to adhere to any pre-service instructions provided by Oven Love IOW for the safety and efficiency of the cleaning process.
Payment and Fees
All fees for services are outlined at the time of booking and must be paid in full upon completion of the cleaning service. We accept various modes of payment which will be communicated during service confirmation. Any additional charges incurred due to changes in service scope or customer negligence will be promptly communicated and charged as per agreed terms. Late payments may incur added fees, and continuation of service may be hindered until dues are cleared. Limitation of Liability
Oven Love IOW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services.
